Matthew Broomhead has over fourteen years experience in the corporate and public sector. Upon completion of a BSc in Computing & Information Systems, he joined Cap Gemini (CG) as an IT professional, where he worked with multinational clients in both the insurance and manufacturing sectors.
While at CG he developed his interest in learning and people development and progressed this by pursuing the CIPD Certificate in Training Practice [CTP] and achieving certification in coaching.
He is the founder of CU4coaching, providing one-to-one assistance to individuals from a variety of professional backgrounds. He is also the main provider of NLP and personal growth training within Birmingham, UK's the largest local authority.
Matthew is a member of the CIPD (Chartered Institute Personnel and Development) and has written on development issues for their publications. He was also recently invited by BBC Coventry & Warwickshire radio to talk about NLP and his training groups. As part of his wider interest in education, he has acted as a coordinator of a reading scheme that encouraged employees to listen to children read in inner city schools.
