Working collaboratively, we have helped clients to:

  • Agree and commit to a dynamic, independent growth strategy. We worked with the top team of a financial consultancy to gain agreement on, and commitment to, a new strategic direction from staff and management at all levels. The new strategy has involved making substantial changes in their portfolio of business in order to maintain and enhance top-line growth, as well as gaining acceptance of greater flexibility of staffing assignments to increase utilisation.  
  • Increase our client's share of a major financial institution's professional advisory spend. We worked with a specialist team from a major professional services firm to enhance their influence networks within a household-name financial institution, leading to accelerated business acquisition at lower cost, and an improved competitive position. 
  • Enhance this service group's standing as a proactive business partner of the Board. For the Facilities Management group of a global law firm, we facilitated an operational review to enable them to meet the challenges of the firm's ambitious growth strategy. The process produced innovative ways to redesign processes and redeploy assets for greater return on the firm's facilties spend. 
  • Create a platform for growth, while safeguarding quality. For a growing market research firm with a hard-won reputation for excellence, we worked with the Managing Director and her direct reports to strengthen delegation and accountability throughout the business, enabling the MD to concentrate on strategy and key client relationships, knowing that quality standard are being upheld as growth continues.   • Enhance career progression. We have coached managers and professionals in varied professional and business service industries to improve their delegation results, achieve promotions and improve their business development, leading to a greater contribution to the business, increased personal success for those individuals, and enhanced perception of their organization as an employer-of-choice.   • Build deeper, broader business relationships. For leading professional firms, we have designed and delivered relationship-building programmes to enhance the contribution of professionals to the success of the business (not simply to service delivery), and to maximise the value of precious, non-billable, marketing time.   • Create strategies for top-line growth. We worked with an award-winning regional arts company to develop a clear strategy which enhanced staff buy-in and created a platform for the MD to become IoD Young Director of the Year, and for the company to win its largest contract to date. Fierce!
  • Foster greater interpersonal impact and influence. We have designed and delivered open interpersonal influence programmes which have helped individual contributors in business, the professions and education to further their careers and increase their positive impact on customers and clients.   • Increase call-centre productivity. We introduced communication and influence techniques to the Director of Operations of a personal finance company which reduced average call time while increasing close rates and improving staff morale. Gemstone 
  • Boost charity fund raising. Working on a pro bono basis, we helped reinvigorate the regional board of a national charity, leading to renewed energy & commitment, and collaborated on the launch & delivery of substantial fundraising initiatives.
